October 14: Uncovering the Lotus 72
Saturday October 25 at 6 p.m. we will take the car into the pit, take off the air intakes, hoods and wings and make have detailed examination of the chassis, design and engine.
This is a unique opportunity to get an exclusive insight into the design of the successful Lotus 72
together with Eddie Dennis, Reine Wisell and Åke Strandberg.

October 4: QuickSpeed images
The QuickSpeed images can now be bought in our shop.
September 23: The Lotus 72 finally at the museum
This weekend the car was picked up at Classic Team Lotus in England, and today at approximately 4 p.m., Ronnie's Lotus 72 was finally rolled in into the museum.
The black and gold Lotus 72 is the car that Ronnie is perhaps most associated with, and the car that Classic Team Lotus has loaned the museum is chassis number 9 from 1975.
September 10: New photo exhibition: "QuickSpeed"
Peo Quick's photo exhibition "QuickSpeed" opens on September 20 at 1 p.m.
The exhibition will be on display until the end of the year.
August 21th 2008: Memorial service
On Thursday September 11th, exactly 30 years after Ronnie passed away, a memorial service will be held in
Almby kyrka at 6 p.m.

June 15th 2008: Museum closed on 20 - 21 of June
The Ronnie Peterson Museum will be closed on 20 - 21 of June due to Midsummer celebrations.
June 3rd 2008: The Lotus 72 delayed
The Ronnie Peterson Museum regrets to inform you that the display of Ronnie’s Lotus 72 has been delayed.
The delay is due to the crash of Emerson Fittipaldi’s Lotus 72 at Donington Park a few weeks ago.
Classic Team Lotus has therefore decided to keep Ronnie’s Lotus 72 as a reference in the production of spare parts.
As soon as we get a new display date it will be posted on the website.
May 26th 2008: Press conference
On Friday May 30th at 11 am a press conference will be held at the Ronnie Peterson Museum. We will present the inauguration ceremony, the museum content and will also answer your questions.

May 22nd 2008: The Ronnie Peterson Historic Grand Prix
On 06 - 08 June it is time for The Ronnie Peterson Historic Grand Prix, and the museum and parts of the memoribilia will travel to Anderstorp.
This means that the Ronnie Peterson Museum in Örebro will be closed on 06 - 08 of June.

April 23rd 2008: Ronnie’s black Lotus 72 on its way!
Ronnie’s Lotus 72 from the 1975 season is on its way to Örebro. Clive Chapman of Classic Team Lotus, the owner of Ronnie’s Lotus 72, has agreed to lend the car to the Ronnie Peterson Museum. Clive is the son of the legendary team owner Colin Chapman who’s team, Team Lotus, Ronnie drove for for four seasons. Nine out of Ronnie’s ten Formula One victories was with a Team
Lotus-car.
- We are obviously very delighted with this news! And also very relieved! After all this is the car that so many people associate with Ronnie’s Formula One career, and that is why we were so eager to be able to display this car at the museum, said an overjoyed Michael Olsson, museum responsible.
