In 2003, 25 years after his death, a statue was finally erected in his honour, and in Örebro läns museum (the city museum) a commemorative exhibition was held.

Now another five years have passed, and this September it's 30 years since Örebro's great son was tragically killed. It has taken a long time, a very long time, but now a museum has finally been opened. A museum dedicated to Sweden's foremost Formula one driver – Ronnie Peterson.

Ronnie Peterson Museum is operated by a number of enthusiasts of the non-profit Ronnie Peterson Museum Association. The operation of the
museum will be financed entirely with the help of sponsorship and the museum revenue. Would you like to become a sponsor?
